Our Story

Tanau is an indonesian fusion restaurant with a different experience. Tanau is helmed and run by a couple ( Brigette & Nathan) with serious credentials: Nathan worked for Gordon Ramsay (maze) in the UK, and Brigette worked at Mozaic in Ubud and NOBU by Nobu Matsuhitsa in Malaysia. The result ? fine western techniques with explosive Indonesian flavours, topped off by local spices and ingredients.
